What Is Invisalign?
Invisalign is a series of clear, smooth, plastic aligners that gently straighten your teeth. The treatment is truly a combination of technology and good old-fashioned orthodontic expertise.
How Does Invisalign Work?
Invisalign straightens the teeth using a series of custom-made aligners designed specifically for you. These aligner trays are crafted from smooth, comfortable and virtually invisible plastic that fits perfectly over your teeth. As you wear your aligners, your teeth gradually shift into place based on the exact movements your orthodontist specifies for you.
There are no metal brackets to attach and no wires to tighten. You just pop in a new set of aligners approximately every two weeks until your treatment is complete. The end result is a beautifully straight smile to go alongside a newfound confidence at work and at play. The best part? No one will even know you’re straightening your teeth!

Invisalign Procedure
Aligners are clear, comfortable, and convenient.
1) Consultation
We will discuss your case to determine if you are a good candidate for Invisalign. During the consultation, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions about your treatment and receive a treatment plan explaining the cost and our flexible payment options.
2) Records Appointment
We use a state-of-the-art scanner to take a digital impression for your teeth and gums and take intraoral and extraoral photos. From the records, we will access a 3D model of your mouth, which we will use to map out your precise treatment plan. We will also be able to show you a virtual representation of how your teeth will look with each stage of the planned treatment.
3) Start Treatment
From your records, we will work with Invisalign to create smooth, comfortable, BPA-free plastic retainers. Simply wear them throughout the day and remove them when you eat or brush your teeth. Because they are virtually invisible, most people won’t even notice you are wearing them!
4) Change Aligners Every 2 Weeks
Every 2 weeks, you will change to a new aligner. To monitor your progress, (usually every 6 weeks), we recommend a follow-up visit.
5) Your New Smile Awaits
While every case is unique to each patient, once you’ve made your way through the entire series of aligners, you’ll be able to show off the smile that reflects the real you!

Does the idea of a life without popcorn bum you out? Invisalign Teen aligners are removable. Take them out to eat and chow down on whatever you want. Since caramel is still on the table, you’ll also be happy to know you can brush and floss normally for excellent oral hygiene.
